Foundation Solution:
Originally approx 300off conventional concrete bored piles designed. To limit risk of construction issues associated with a variable water table and contaminated ground Australian Foundation Systems installed approx 300off screw piles with loads varying from 300kn-750kn. Screw pile suitability confirmed via means of a static load testing on site as shown below.
