Project Home Residence

Whilst this project had all the attributes of a Clarendon Residence the site it self presented some interesting challenges due to the loose sands and unstable access. We utilised a bigger Screw Pile than our normal residential due to the relatively deep founding depths of between 5000mm – 7000mm to and completed the project in a little over five hours an excellent result all round.
