Foundation Solution:
A piling solution within budget for all parties was required for a difficult ber school sloping site. Austalian Foundation Systems in conjunction and consultation with Gartner rose and Demlakian arrived at a feasible solution to pile and complete the works using a series of screw piles penetrating out of the ground up to approx 3-4m with a proprietary plate capping system to attach to underside of a bearers and joist system.
